t is hereby informed for the information of all concerned that on the occasion of National Mourning Day 2023 on August 15, 2023, a national competition has been organized to create a one-minute long video on "Bangabandhu in my eyes" celebrating the life and philosophy of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. All the upazilas School-college and post-secondary students in 03 groups (a. Primary and equivalent level, b. Secondary and equivalent and c. Higher Secondary and Equivalent and above) are invited to participate in a one-minute video making competition.
Contest Rules:
A) Prepare the video and send it to Upazila Nirbahi Officer, Fatikchari through mail/pen drive/drive link on 16 July 2023 AD. To be sent by the date. However, in this case the drive link must have access public view:
b) Any mobile phone or camera can be selected for video capture;
c) In case of capturing the video on mobile, it should be done horizontally (16:9 aspect ratio);

e) It would be most convenient to use a tripod or stand to obtain stable video during video recording and to eliminate unnecessary sound (noise) during video recording;
f) Speech in the video must be clear;
g) Refrain from using copyrighted videos or audio;

h) The length of the video should be 01 minutes maximum;

i) While editing the video, care must be taken to present the video appropriately from the viewer's perspective;

j) Contestant's name, class, organization name, upazila name and mobile number should be given in the video; k) Upazila Nirbahi Officer's office can be contacted for any advice or assistance regarding video production.
